Julia and Gordon met as members of the mediator community in Victoria, British Columbia. They share a passion for the transformative potential of conflict and how conflict dynamics play out in organizational life.

It’s our way of taking our work, which has been local to western Canada, to informing listeners around the world and creating a more far-reaching influence through our guests and ourselves.
